Our Farm + Carpentry Classes for Kids offer a unique, hands-on learning experience where children step away from screens and into a world of creativity, craftsmanship, and outdoor exploration. In this engaging 4-week program, students will learn to safely use real tools, construct their own woodworking projects, and participate in farm-based activities—all in a supportive, guided environment.
Each session is designed to encourage independence, patience, and problem-solving, while allowing kids to experience the satisfaction of creating something with their own hands. From measuring and building to exploring the rhythms of farm life, children gain practical skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
No prior experience is necessary. Our instructors provide safe, step-by-step guidance to ensure every child feels confident and capable, regardless of skill level.

4-Week Hands-On Program
Sessions held Thursdays or Fridays, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Start Dates: May 14 or May 15
Outdoor, farm-based setting with integrated carpentry instruction and indoor classroom time
Available Directly on Step Up
Ages 5 and up to teens
